Pinochet accused of murder and kidnapping

Former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet faced accusations of murder and kidnapping on the third and last day of Supreme Court hearings in Santiago on the stripping of his immunity from prosecution. The hearing heard arguments from attorneys petitioning for Pinochet to stand trial for crimes committed under his regime from 1973 to 1990. The court indicated it could give its ruling later this month.
