In the Catherine Nevin murder trial, another former worker at Jack White's Inn has said "the Judge" had a set of keys to the premises. On Friday a witness claimed that Judge Donnchadh O'Buachalla had Mrs Nevin's keys. Today Bernie Fleming told the jury that about six or seven weeks before Tom Nevin's murder in March 1996 she had a conversation with Mrs Nevin about a set of missing keys. Mrs Nevin, she claimed, told her the judge had them. The keys were back within a few days.
