A 36-year-old man has been charged with the capital murder of a Garda Sergeant in Tallaght in Dublin last summer. Daniel O'Toole, with an address at Cashel Avenue in Crumlin, was today charged with the murder of Sergeant Andrew Callanan at Tallaght Garda Station on 21st July. Sergeant Callanan died in an arson attack. He was later released on bail by the High Court.
