A third jury has been sworn in at the Central Criminal Court this morning for the murder trial of Catherine Nevin. A total of 64 people were called before the jury panel of 6 men and 6 women was selected. Thirteen said that they did not have open minds and were excused. A number of others were challenged or were excused for other reasons. However, the start of the trial may be delayed again, because Mrs Nevin's defence lawyers have indicated they want to make an application to the Court.
