Gardaí have warned that the dissident Republican group, the Real IRA, has been reorganising in recent months and may be planning a new campaign of violence. The warning comes after the RUC Chief Constable Ronnie Flanagan said yesterday that a coalition of groups were planning attacks in border areas.
