Louise Woodward's parents charged with theft

The parents of the former au pair, Louise Woodward, who was convicted in Boston of killing a child in her care, have been charged with theft. Sue and Gary Woodward, who are now separated, have been on police bail since last May. They have been questioned by police in their home county of Cheshire as part of an investigation of a trust fund set up to help the family pay their legal bills and living expenses in the United States.
