It now looks increasingly likely that the High Court may be asked to decide whether the Criminal Assets Bureau should give the Flood Tribunal copies of documents relating to the former assistant Dublin City and County Manager George Redmond. The documents were seized from Mr Redmond's home following his arrest at Dublin Airport in February.
