The Flood Tribunal has heard that the Criminal Assets Bureau has refused to supply documents to Mr Justice Flood relating to the former Assistant City and County Manager George Redmond. The documents were seized from Mr Redmond's home following his arrest by the Criminal Assets Bureau on February 19.
At this morning's session, the chief officer of the Criminal Assets Bureau, explained that documents could not be provided to the tribunal while its own investigations were on-going. The Chief Superintendent Facthna Murphy said he was claiming privilege over the information contained in the documents.
