Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 1 small celeriac (approx. 600g), finely grated
  • 250g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and finely shredded
  • 3 tbsp capers, drained and roughly chopped
  • Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • Salt

Method

1. Place the celeriac and sprouts into a bowl with the capers, dill and parsley.
2. Season with the mayonnaise, mustard, juice, zest and salt and mix together.
3. Serve in a bowl to share in the middle of the table
