Ingredients
Serves 6
- 1 small celeriac (approx. 600g), finely grated
- 250g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and finely shredded
- 3 tbsp capers, drained and roughly chopped
- Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
- Handful of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 100g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Salt
Method
1. Place the celeriac and sprouts into a bowl with the capers, dill and parsley.
2. Season with the mayonnaise, mustard, juice, zest and salt and mix together.
3. Serve in a bowl to share in the middle of the table
