Ingredients
- 500g "00" flour
- 365g water (32°-39°)
- 5g instant yeast
- 15g salt
- 1tbs olive oil
Pizza sauce
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 300g cherry tomatoes
- 500g chopped tomatoes
Tomato sauce
- Ndjua sausage (spicy Italian sausage)
- Pepperoni
- Mozzerella
- Fresh Basil leaves - for after it's cooked
Method
Best done the night before:
- Mix all ingredients
- Place in a bowl and cover.
- Divide the mixture into 220g
- Roll onto a tray with olive oil
- Par bake in a buttered tray for 5 mins at 300° and I'll turn it over and let it cool.
- Flip it back put toppings and cook 8mins at 300degrees.
Pizza sauce
- Place onion and garlic into a saucepan with olive oil.
- Add tomato paste, cook out for a few mins
- Add chopped fresh tomatoes and toppings
