Ingredients
Serves: 8
- 275g plain chocolate
- 275g butter
- 175g plain flour
- 1tsp baking powder
- 325g caster sugar
- 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 80g white chocolate
- 80g milk chocolate
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 190c2.Line a shallow 8"x 8" baking tin with greaseproof paper3.
- Put the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt over a pot of water4.
- Mix the flour and baking powder together. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mix, allow to cool slightly
- Add the eggs to this mix Fold in the flour mix in stages
- Fold in the chocolate chunks. Bake for 15-20 mins until the top is baked but it remains gooey inside.
- Allow to rest at room temperature before chilling and portioning.
