Ingredients

Serves: 8

  • 275g plain chocolate
  • 275g butter
  • 175g plain flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 325g caster sugar
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 80g white chocolate
  • 80g milk chocolate

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 190c2.Line a shallow 8"x 8" baking tin with greaseproof paper3.
  2. Put the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt over a pot of water4.
  3. Mix the flour and baking powder together. Add the sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mix, allow to cool slightly
  4. Add the eggs to this mix Fold in the flour mix in stages
  5. Fold in the chocolate chunks. Bake for 15-20 mins until the top is baked but it remains gooey inside.
  6. Allow to rest at room temperature before chilling and portioning.
