Ingredients

- 4 Burrata
- 4 Calamari (Squid) tubs
- 50gr N'duja
- EVO
- Salt
- Parsley
Method
- First of all clean and wash the calamari, then cut them into strips.
- Take a pan and put it on the flame, when hot put 2 spoons of Evo in it. Put the calamari into the pan, add a pinch of salt and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Now flash the calamari for 1 minute.
- Turn off the heat and let the calamari in the pan, they will finished to cook themselves inside the pan.
- Put the N'duja into a ramekin and add 2-3 spoons of boiling water and stir it until the N'duja will melt and reach a nice and creamy texture.
- Take a plate, put the Burrata in the center and make a nice crown of calamari all around the Burrata, sprinkle with the N'duja sauce on top to give spiciness and an artistic touch.
