Ingredients
Serves: 4
- 6 Squid tubes
- 100gr breadcrumb
- 20gr Parmesan cheese
- 1 spoon of capers
- 1 full egg
- 1 clove of garlic
- Half glass of white wine
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Clean, wash and drain the squids.
- Take 2 squid tubes and diced them, put them in a pan with the EVO and the garlic, fry them for 2 minutes, pour the wine into the pan and let it evaporate, remove the garlic.
- Now put it into a bowl and add the breadcrumb, the capers, the egg, the parmesan, the parsley, salt and pepper.
- Mix it all together until you reach an homogeneous compound.
- Now take the 4 squid tubes and filled them with the compound you just make. Closed them with a toothpick each.
- Take an oven tray and pour a little bit of oil at the bottom, put the squid in the tray, sprinkle with breadcrumb and extra virgin olive oil.
- Put it in the oven at 180 for 15-20 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
