Ingredients
Serves 1-2 |Takes 5 mins
- 150g raspberries (or mixed berries)
- 1 sliced peach
- 150ml of vitamin-rich oat drink
- 1 scoop protein of choice (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 45g oats
Method
- Put all the ingredients into a high speed blender and whizz until smooth.
- Add ice cubes for extra refreshment if you really need to cool down
