Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 90g oats
- 2 tbsp maple honey
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (For anyone with nut allergies, simply replace the peanut butter with an extra banana)
- handful of chocolate chips
- a few chocolate chips when they come out of the oven
Method
- Mash banana
- Mix in rest of ingredients
- Scoop mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper
- Bake on 180° for 15 mins
- Wait until cooled to eat
- These will also keep for 4-5 days if kept in an airtight container once cooled
