Mags Roache's Salmon with sweet and sour sauce with Asian noodle stir-fry.


1 fillet of salmon

Sweet and sour sauce

  • 100g honey
  • 100g white wine vinegar
  • 10g soy sauce
  • 5g red chilli
  • 2 spring onion
  • 1 small bunch of coriander

Noodle Stir-Fry

  • rice noodles (soaked in cold water)
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ginger


  1. Place the salmon in the oven at 180 degrees with sweet and sour sauce on top for 6 mins
  2. Start the stir fry with garlic, ginger, chilli in a hot pan add the vegetables and noodles and mix all together.
  3. Finish with a little more sauce and lime juice
  4. Place the salmon on top and garnish with coriander.
