Mags Roache's Salmon with sweet and sour sauce with Asian noodle stir-fry.
Ingredients
1 fillet of salmon
Sweet and sour sauce
- 100g honey
- 100g white wine vinegar
- 10g soy sauce
- 5g red chilli
- 2 spring onion
- 1 small bunch of coriander
Noodle Stir-Fry
- rice noodles (soaked in cold water)
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 spring onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 ginger
Method
- Place the salmon in the oven at 180 degrees with sweet and sour sauce on top for 6 mins
- Start the stir fry with garlic, ginger, chilli in a hot pan add the vegetables and noodles and mix all together.
- Finish with a little more sauce and lime juice
- Place the salmon on top and garnish with coriander.
