Ingredients
- 285g self raising flour
- 2 eggs
- 225g butter
- 90g white choc chips
- 225g blueberries
- 85g sugar
- 220ml milk
- Icing sugar to dust
Method
- Melt butter in pan.
- Beat eggs in a large bowl, then add in sugar, milk and butter.
- Fold sifted flour into mixture.
- Fold in blueberries and choc chips.
- Ladle into cases and bake for 20-25 mins
- Put on a wire tray to cool.
- Sieve over some icing sugar.
