Paul Flynn shares his divine recipe for yummy Almond Oat Crumble


  • 150 g plain flour
  • 80 g butter
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 70 g demerara sugar
  • 75 g rolled oats


  • Set the oven at 200C/gas mark 6. Make the oat crust by rubbing the butter into the flour till it resembles fresh breadcrumbs. Stir in the almonds, the demerara sugar and the oats.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 mins and keep in an airtight container until needed
