Paul Flynn shares his divine recipe for yummy Almond Oat Crumble
- 150 g plain flour
- 80 g butter
- 50 g ground almonds
- 70 g demerara sugar
- 75 g rolled oats
- Set the oven at 200C/gas mark 6. Make the oat crust by rubbing the butter into the flour till it resembles fresh breadcrumbs. Stir in the almonds, the demerara sugar and the oats.
- Bake in the oven for 30 mins and keep in an airtight container until needed
