Perfect as a starter or even just as a nibble to share...
Ingredients
- 250 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 50 g creme fraiche
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tsp dill
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt and black pepper
Method
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz until you reach a smooth consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with toasted Irish Soda Bread.
