Ingredients
- 200 g self raising flour
- 100 g cater suger
- 25 g cocoa powder
- 50 g chocolate chips
- 100 g margaine
- 100 g milk
- 1 egg
Method
- Melt the margarine in a sauce pan on a low heat and let it cool.
- Beat the egg with milk.
- Sieve the flour with the cocoa, add the sugar and the chocolate chips and mix well.
- Add the margerine to the mixture and mix.
- Spoon the mixture into bun papers placed in a baking tin.
- Bake at 200 degrees celcius (gas 6) for 20mins.
