A really easy and quick fish dish that you will have prepared in under 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 filleted herrings
- 100 g seasoned oatmeal flakes
- lemon juice
- butter for frying
Method
- Roll the herrings in the oatflakes and fry in hot butter in a heavy-bottomed frying pan, for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately, sprinkled with lemon juice.
