Try this delicious four-ingredient recipe!


  • 400 g can of corned beef
  • 0.5 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cup mashed sweet potato
  • 1 free range egg


  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Roll into decent sized cakes and place onto a paper lined baking tray.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
  • Can also do on the BBQ.
