For one of those lazy afternoons...



  • 6 medium meringue nests
  • 300 ml fresh cream (whipped)
  • 125 g strawberries
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 125 g red currants


  1. Wash the fruit very gently and leave dry on kitchen paper.
  2. Slice the strawberries.
  3. Divide the whipped cream between the 6 meringues, then add the fruit and serve.
