Make tuna sushi with pickled ginger and sesame seeds.



  • nori sheet
  • japanese sushi rice
  • tuna
  • sesame seeds
  • pickled ginger
  • wasabi


  1. Cover a makisu with plastic wrap.
  2. Put a sheet of dried seaweed on top of the mat.
  3. Spread sushi rice on top of the seaweed and press firmly.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the sushi rice.
  5. Turn the sushi layer over so that the seaweed is on top.
  6. Place tuna slices lengthwise on the seaweed.
  7. Roll the bamboo mat forward, pressing the ingredients inside the cylinder-shaped sushi.
  8. Press firmly the bamboo mat with hands, then remove the rolled sushi.
  9. Cut the sushi roll into bite-sized pieces
