Adds flavour to meat dishes.
Ingredients
- 60 g apricot jam or marmalade
- 1 tblsp dijon mustard
- 30 g honey
- 1 tblsp brown sugar
- 1 tblsp cider vinegar
- 1 tblsp sesame oil
Method
- Combine the ingredients in a shallow dish, toss the food to coat well and leave to marinade.
- Cook quickly over a high heat or the sugar will char.
