Cook on very hot barbeque for 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 large trout or small salmon (gutted)
  • 1 glass cider
  • handful parsley

Method

  1. Stuff the cavity of the fish with the parsley.
  2. Lay on foil and splash over the cider.
  3. Make a parcel.
  4. Cook on very hot barbeque for 10 minutes.
  5. Season and serve.
