Bressie: "I'm not an inspirational quote person"

From representing Leinster in Rugby, and taking to the stage as frontman of The Blizzards, to writing children's books and hosting a mental health podcast, Niall Breslin - better known as Bressie - has worn many hats during his ever-evolving career.

As well as holding an MSc in mindfulness based interventions, and bachelor's degrees in economics and sociology, he has a higher certificate in performance psychology and is an honorary fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons and of IADT.
