Chef Randy Lewis continues his food-filled adventure across Ireland. Watch it back above.

In episode two of my West Coast Adventure, I continue on from Co. Clare to the Galway Hooker Brewery to visit - and more importantly to taste - one of Ireland's first microbreweries, and see what they have on offer.

I meet Master Brewer and one of the founders, Aidan Murphy, who will bring me through all the flavours and tastes as I do a deep dive into the ingredients that make beer - hops and all!

Next, I hit the road to Clifden to set up camp, and it's no mistake that I find myself next to woodfired pizza truck, Fadó, in the Clifden campsite where I learn the process of making 48 hour hand-kneaded dough which makes ultra-light and crispy delicious dough.

This little micro-business was set up in the middle of lockdown after a 12-month horsebox conversion job.

Cuan and Eilisha offer the best pizza for miles with unique mouth-watering flavours - a perfect treat before settling down for a night's sleep in my VW Grand California, but not before some lovely s’mores on the campfire.

A great end to a fantastic first day on the road on my West Coast Adventure.
