Each week on RTÉ LifeStyle, the team are sharing a series of workouts that can be done at home - no gym equipment necessary. Today, Sarah runs through some exercises that people commonly perform incorrectly.

Exercise carries huge health benefits; strength training, in particular, is so important to maintain and build muscle mass and keep our joints moving well.

However, if we don't perform strength exercises using correct technique and good form, we fail to get the benefits from the exercise at best, and run the risk of injury at worst!
