From speaking his girlfriend through a wall to managing a zero-contact pizza delivery, the Go Outside and Play host spent the first two days getting to grips with the reality of his situation.

On his third day, Carl faced extreme boredom and shared just some of the ways he kept his spirits up - there were a lot of funny YouTube videos involved - and how he stayed in touch with his friends and family.

Now, on his fourth and final day, Carl ends his self-imposed self-isolation experience by reflecting on recent Covid-19 updates from the government, the misinformation that can travel through group texts, and what he plans to do going forward.
