At 77, Harrison Ford is still looking every inch the Hollywood star, his deep tan and muscular arms reminding us how the American actor stole hearts and treasure as Indiana Jones.
But if you think the secret to such glowing good health is running through temples, don't worry. The secret to Ford's looks is far less ... cinematic.
Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the actor revealed how he keeps in shape with a no-meat, no-dairy diet, adding his voice to the case for cutting back on animal products.
"You look good, you look really good", DeGeneres tells him, with the star quipping back, "What did I look like before?" Pulling up a photo of the Star Wars actor riding a bicycle, his muscular arms showing in a short-sleeved t-shirt, the chat show host marveled at how the actor has kept in shape.
Contrary to what you might assume, Ford says he doesn't follow a strict exercise routine, saying "I don't work out like crazy; I just, I work out a bit. I ride bikes and I play tennis a little bit."
But he has recently changed his diet, joking that he eats "practically nothing". "I eat vegetables and fish, no dairy and no meat. It's really boring."
"The fact that you can stick to it is pretty impressive because it is hard to eat really, really clean", says Ellen, asking what spurred on the change.
"I just decided I was tired of eating meat and I know its not really good for the planet, and it's not really good for me."
Ford had recently spoken in front of the UN about the importance of protecting the environment. "We all gotta do that", he says. "We've got to start talking, we've got to start doing it and we've got to insist that our elected officials do it."
It's a lifestyle change that's evidently working for him, as the veteran actor is still working, promoting his latest film The Call of the Wild, and gearing up to shoot a new installment of the blockbuster Indiana Jones franchise, set to start production this summer.
