Operation Transformation always kicks off with a bang, not a whimper and this year is no exception. Presenter Kathryn Thomas darted to the four corners of the country to reveal the five leaders of the next season, which kicks off early next year.
Surprising almost all of them in their places of work, there were tears, laughs and plenty of cameos from excited and supportive family members. Each leader had a chance to reflect on what had secured them their places, and each one was as moving as the last.
