As parents and kids prepare to return to normality, RTÉ are asking their presenters some quick-fire questions about their own school days…

The broadcasters shared their old nicknames (no surprise what Dobbo's was), favourite Irish phrase, whether they sat at the front or the back of the bus and if they preferred Maths or English in their school days.

"They called me Pope-y because there was a photo of Pope John Paul on the wall in school and for some reason, they thought, as a child, I resembled an ageing decrepit Pope," said Eoghan McDermott.

Next, the presenters revealed if they were a messer or a teacher's pet, their most embarrassing moments and their favourite lunchbox treat.

"I did go through a period of just having brown bread, corn beef and tomato sauce. Every day. I think that lasted about four years," said Keith Walsh.

Finally, we found out if the RTÉ team could still make a decent paper plane.
