The 11th series of Operation Transformation has returned to our screens with presenter Kathryn Thomas revealing five new leaders. As always, the leaders will have support and advice from our qualified team of Operation Transformation experts including fitness coach Karl Henry; principal clinical psychologist Dr Eddie Murphy; dietitian and Healthy Ireland Council member Aoife Hearne and Dr Ciara Kelly.
After the first week on the OT food and fitness plan, the Leaders face the scales to see if their hard work has paid off. The country steps into the New Year with Nationwide Walks taking place in over 50 locations and Operation Transformation launches its biggest campaign to date; Ireland Lights Up with the GAA, where Clubs across the country will be turning on their floodlights to give people a place to walk safely during the dark winter months.
