The 2017 Championships were jam-packed with incredible farming feats, entertainment, live musical performances, RTÉ Weather Wannabes, RTÉ Guide cover stars, endless selfies with Marty Morrissey and plenty of ploughing.

We saw the RTÉ Radio 1 and 2fm presenters on their A game as they interviewed everyone from President Michael D Higgins to Vogue Williams to Jamie Heaslip and introduced live performances from Hudson Taylor, Derek Ryan, Mary Coughlan and again...Jamie Heaslip.

"Check out @jamieheaslip rapping @Nelly_Mo's 'Hot in Here' on @RadioRayRTE at the @NPAIE #rteploughing"

Nuala Carey and Audrey McGrath welcomed the nation's Weather Wannabes as they gave meteorology a lash while Ray D'Arcy braved the elements on Day 2.
