Last week on Celebrity Operation Transformation, Triona McCarthy went up a pound due to her long haul flight home from New York Fashion Week.

This week, Triona's unpredictable schedule meant that she had little time to eat in the mornings and failed to fit exercise into her day.

According to the fashionista, "eating really isn't a priority when there are people looking for stuff off you".

As for her fitness plan, the beauty guru says that "there are days that I just didn't factor in that hour for exercise".

Triona did manage to find some exercise classes that she enjoyed but they come with a hefty price tag. Fitness expert Karl Henry was totally unimpressed with Triona's leadership and stepped in to offer some much needed guidance. 

"There's no point setting targets if the plans not being followed," said Karl.

With London Fashion Week in full swing, Triona fell off the wagon and partied the night away, posting updates to her social media accounts. Karl was quick to call her leadership skills out at the weigh in.

"For the first time ever we have a leader who is unaware that they have to follow a website and stick to a plan in the third week. It's just... I'm boggled by it," he said.

Despite her bad behaviour, the journalist managed to lose an impressive five pounds. However, Dietitian Aoife was quick to reprimand Triona's behaviour.

"It's not sustainable long term because your metabolism is shot and eventually it will come back to bite you," she said.

Current weight: 12 stone 1.5 pounds
