After every Morning Ireland broadcast, Cian will share a video blog on RTÉ LifeStyle to keep us updated on his journey and give us a look at his surroundings as he travels the country.
Yesterday, Cian was given a tour of the Quirky Glamping Village in Muckduff, Enniscrone, Co. Sligo.
David McGowan says that he has unlocked the potential of his field in Enniscrone by filling it with a train, London cabs and a Boeing 767 which he is currently transforming into quirky glamping accommodation.

David says that tourism is essential to his business and he hopes to have the site open to the public by this time next year. Unfortunately, low broadband speeds and location have deprived David of business opportunities but he says that he is convinced that once he gets people to Enniscrone, they will fall in love with it.
"I think Sligo and North Mayo is the backbone of this real rural Ireland and it's what tourists should be looking at."

David advises that business owners should think outside the box to attract people to their area. And what better than a disused Boeing 767?

Next, Cian headed to Ballykilcash, Co. Sligo where he met Fintan Kennedy of South Sligo Tours.
Fintan is part of a voluntary tourism forum that is working towards marrying the various amenities and attractions in the area to generate tourism.
"A rising tide would lift all boats. There are so many different pockets of individuals who are doing fantastic work and have fantastic amenities"
