Eoghan McDermott is a busy man. The 2fm presenter was on hand at the RTÉ Autumn Launch, adding Generation What? on RTÉ 2 to his portfolio of accomplishments. With such a busy schedule, we asked if the U.K. rumours are true?
"I'm working on a little something, something" Eoghan said, "Over in the UK. It may or may not come to fruition."
We asked for specifics...but Eoghan wasn't budging, saying: "No, no. If it doesn't happen I'll have egg on my face. But if it does, it'll be in the next month. And everyone will know about it."
While we wait on an answer, one thing is clear; flirting aside (watch video for more on that one!), Eoghan is looking well! And since it's Operation Transformation season (and we're all a bit more conscious of our health), we asked the 2fm presenter what he's been doing to get himself in shape.
He revealed he's lost an enormous 2 stone (cue an audible gasp in the interview). For Eoghan, Dr. Eva's show Sugar Crash was just the inspiration he needed.
"I cut out chocolate. I use to be addicted to chocolate and sugar. And I saw that big sugar addiction show that Dr. Eva did and cut it out. I used to have about four or five chocolate bars a day. And I lost about two stone. So there you go."
