Throughout the series of Healthy Appetite, Dietitian Aveen Bannon has been discussing different aspects of our food from high protein diets to the truth of coconut oil.
Today, she's explaining the health benefits of avocados - check her out in the video above.
"Fruit can make a great sugar alternative in desserts and has nutritional benefits too. Try using avocado as an alternative to butter when making dessert.
"Its creaminess means it's often described as 'nature's butter'."

Every week on Healthy Appetite, Pamela Flood challenges two of Ireland's top chefs to create two decadent dishes that esteemed Aveen will then deconstruct to reveal exactly how much fat, sugar and fibre is in each dish.
On tonight's episode, Paul Flynn from The Tannery, Dungarvan competes with Maria Raftery of Kernel Bar & Kitchen, Kilkenny.
The chefs must then come up with healthier versions of their decadent dishes in a head to head cook-off. By the looks of things, Paul Flynn is not too happy with his challenge.
