Speaking on behalf of Taste of Dublin, chef Kevin Dundon said: "It’s a combination of chefs that are actually living and working in Ireland and also Irish chefs that are working outside of Ireland and coming back.
"What a brilliant experience for the chefs coming home because they see how Ireland has moved on and the different tastes out there".

The food festival also welcomes home Anna Haugh, Gordon Ramsay’s former Head Chef, who wanted to get involved with the Taste of Dublin because: "There is a lot of excitement happening in the food industry in Dublin and although I don’t live here I still want to feel like I am a part of it".
Irish food will be honored at the festival for the eleventh Taste of Dublin and, according to The Lazy Chef Simon Lamont, Irish food has a great reputation: "We got a great brewing scene, top class beers, amazing whiskeys, our fish and shellfish are the world’s bests and our beef is second to none".
Over four days, you will have the opportunity to taste food from 12 restaurants each featuring three signature tasting plates. You will also be able to attend interactive cooking demos led by Michelin starred chefs and free masterclasses to get tips from some of the Ireland's most talented chefs.
The Taste of Dublin will take place from Thursday June 16 to Sunday 19 at the Iveagh Gardens. Tickets are available now on www.tasteofdublin.ie.
