The teaser trailer for the Barry Keoghan-starring Marvel adventure Eternals has arrived, with the Dublin actor joined by Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Kit Harington and Richard Madden in the new film from Oscar-winning Nomadland director Chloé Zhao.
"The epic story, spanning thousands of years, features a group of immortal heroes forced out of the shadows to reunite against mankind's oldest enemy, The Deviants," says Marvel Studios.
The Eternals are "Richard Madden as the all-powerful Ikaris, Gemma Chan as humankind-loving Sersi, Kumail Nanjiani as cosmic-powered Kingo, Lauren Ridloff as the super-fast Makkari, Brian Tyree Henry as the intelligent inventor Phastos, Salma Hayek as the wise and spiritual leader Ajak, Lia McHugh as the eternally young, old-soul Sprite, Don Lee as the powerful Gilgamesh, Barry Keoghan as aloof loner Druig, and Angelina Jolie as the fierce warrior Thena".
Joining them is Kit Harington, who plays human warrior Dane Whitman.
Eternals is due in cinemas on 5 November.
Speaking to Virgin Media One's Six O'Clock Show last year, Jolie heaped praise on Eternals co-star Keoghan.
"You know, he's very unique - and that's a fun thing to see these days," she told the programme.
"When you meet somebody and you say, 'Well, there's a lot of people that can do good work...', but when strong, unique personalities come forward and they have their own... something that you haven't seen before, it's really exciting, it's fun to see. So, I think highly of him."
