Next month's British Academy (BAFTA) Film Awards, which include Irish hopefuls Niamh Algar, Barry Keoghan and Wolfwalkers among the nominees, will be divided into two events on Saturday, 10 April and Sunday, 11 April, with both shows live on the BBC.
On Saturday, 10 April, Clara Amfo will host the BAFTA Film Awards Opening Night on BBC Two. Eight award winners will be announced, with the nominated films showcased and behind-the-scenes footage also part of the show.
The Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema award will be the only in-person honour presented on the night at London's Royal Albert Hall.

On Sunday, 11 April, Edith Bowman and Dermot O'Leary will host the BAFTA Film Awards on BBC One. There will be a small group of award presenters in the Royal Albert Hall while others will appear from Los Angeles.
All the nominees will join the ceremony virtually, as will the audience. A total of 17 awards will be presented on the night.
Niamh Algar and Barry Keoghan are nominated in the Best Supporting Actress and Actor categories, respectively for their performances in the Co Galway and Clare-filmed crime-thriller Calm with Horses.
Wolfwalkers, from Kilkenny's Cartoon Saloon and Luxembourg's Melusine Productions, is shortlisted for Best Animated Film. Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland, the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) and RTÉ all participated in its production.
Calm with Horses is also shortlisted for Outstanding British Film and Best Casting.
Adapted from a story in Irish author Colin Barrett's Young Skins collection, Calm with Horses included Dublin company Element Pictures among its producers.
It was developed and co-financed by Fís Éireann/Screen Ireland in association with the UK's Film4. The Western Region Audiovisual Producers' Fund was also involved in the making of the acclaimed film.
