Star Wars star Oscar Isaac has said he is "not into" Baby Yoda, who appears in the TV series Star Wars: The Mandalorian and has inspired countless memes online.
Isaac, who plays Poe Dameron in the most recent Star Wars trilogy, joked that he has no time for the adorable younger version of Yoda.
"I'm not into the Baby Yoda thing. Kill it! Stamp it! Smoosh it!" he said to news.com.au.
His co-star John Boyega was quick to defend it saying, "Really?! He's so cute."
Baby Yoda was quick to become a meme after the release of Disney+'s The Mandalorian, which follows a lone bounty hunter in the outer reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic, due to his cuteness.
