The stars of Beverly Hills, 90210 have taken their dolls back out and reunited in the first trailer for their six-episode event series that is due to premiere in the US on August 7.

The series, BH90210, sees Shannen Doherty and her co-stars playing what US entertainment trade website Deadline has called "heightened versions of themselves", and not their characters from Beverly Hills, 90210.

The show sees Doherty joined onscreen by Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Ian Ziering, Brian Austin Green and Gabrielle Carteris
