Reality TV star Khloé Kardashian has confirmed that she is expecting her first child.
After much speculation, the 33-year-old shared the news with fans on Instagram, posting a black and white photo of her baby bump.
She said her "greatest dream" had been realised and thanked her partner, basketball player Tristan Thompson.

In a lengthy post, Kardashian said she and Thompson had kept their baby news quiet because "we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately".
She concluded by saying she was "so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one".
"But it's the best bundle of feelings I've ever felt in my life!"
