They came, they conquered - and now they're coming back in 2018.
Dublin Tech Summit put on an impressive inaugural event in the Convention Centre Dublin. For a first time event, they got a lot right, not least the impressive line-up of inspiring speakers covering many different tech strands including FinTech, Innovation, Big Data and Marketing.
The inspiring Gary Vaynerchuk and Cindy Gallop alone were worth the ticket price and Gary wasn’t wrong when he said ‘this is a remarkable execution for a first year event’. Add in nearly 10,000 attendees from 69 countries, and it was clear that Dublin had got back its big tech event that it needed.
After their impressive inaugural outing, Dublin Tech Summit has announced that they will be back, with DTS18 set to return to the Convention Centre Dublin on the 18th and 19th April 2018.
Expanding to encompass 8 core themes - Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security, Internet of Things, Big Data, Innovation, Cloud Computing and Fintech - DTS18 has also announced its first five speakers, including Mikko Hypponen, Chief Research Officer at F-Secure and a global authority on cyber security. His TED talks have received nearly 5 million views online to date.
