    Questions remain over children's spinal surgeries

    The issues at Temple Street in a HIQA report published this week relate to a consultant, identified as Surgeon A, and unapproved spinal springs being implanted in three children. We still do not have a full picture of what exactly transpired, writes correspondent Fergal Bowers.
