The Irish People’s Liberation Army (IPLO) has claimed responsibility for the killing of 31-year-old William Sloss, who was shot dead at his home in south Belfast early this morning. A caller to the BBC in Belfast claimed the IPLO had shot William Sloss because he was an active member of the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF).
