The actor Ray McAnally was cremated in Dublin today after Requiem Mass in the Pro-Cathedral. McAnally, who was sixty-three, died suddenly at his home in Wicklow last Thursday.
Report shows Requiem Mass at the Pro-Cathedral and celebrant Bishop Frank McKernan of Kilmore, a friend of McAnally.
McAnally family, including sons Conor McAnally and Aonghus McAnally and daughters Máire and Niamh.
Mourners include Neil Jordan, Joe Dolan, Michael Colgan and Conor McAnally, Cyril Cusack and John Kavanagh.
Funeral cortege paused outside the Abbey Theatre.
